How it works

  1. The lock file is recognized by its Instructions/Summary tabs and per-clinic interval grid.
  2. The schedule export is recognized by its Schedules… sheet with a Shift Start Date column.
  3. Coverage is measured filled-only: assigned staff vs. requirement. Open (unfilled) shifts are shown separately, not counted as coverage.
  4. Only the dates present in your schedule export are analyzed, so you can drop any week.
